J’Ouvert West Indian-American Parade 2017

If you didn’t make this years “Largest Parade in North America”, we did! And we’ve got pictures.

The name J’Ouvert originates from the French jour ouvert, meaning ‘day break’ or ‘morning’, and signals the start of Carnival. Caribbean bass was the dominating sound as crowds from all over NYC and the nation gathered together for an amazing Crown Heights block party. It was INSANE and we LOVED IT!!!
